Why not? There is hgsubversion, and it does an amazingly good job so far for my purposes of hacking several plugins and preparing patches. I have a full clone if t-h.o for some months now and can't think of going without this an Mercurial Queues as well. Only strange limitation is, I can't push more than one changeset in a row to remote SVN repo without corrupting my locale Hg repo in between the first rebase and the second push step, but this is a known problem and I live with it.
