Good points. However, how and where do those workers descend from? Like me once holding 1000 acres of agri land now, only the IRS may become a farm worker one day. What law applied to IRSA applied to the farm workers also. But why do they wear a green towel and lead a political party or drive on a tractor from Haryana to delhi? They can fight and earn their wages only and as industrial workers they are also only a labor force. Not the agriculturists who are worshipful whether land lords or not owning some lands or huge acres. I meant that there is no cooperative farming and sellers' market between them due to caste, creed and economic barriers. K R IRS 41124
