***THIS POST MAY CONTAIN SOME STORY SPOILERS. READER BEWARE***

Crap. I found a new addiction. Damn you Patrick and lessthan12parsecs.
I finally got Fallout 3 for Xbox360 in from my Gamefly queue and
started playing it last night. I didn't play Bioshock on the 360 but
on PC so I can't compare it in the console version but the comparison
of Bioshock on the PC and Fallout 3 on the console doesn't seem to
have a whole of the same elements. Bioshock is more of a FPS with some
minor RPG elements while Fallout 3 is more of a RPG with some
extremely minor FPS elements.
Fallout 3, for me, started out a bit too slow. I realize it was
developing a story but when it comes to gaming I like my games a
little more fast paced; I guess that is why I love FPS so much. I gave
it a chance, however, and played it through until the character left
the Vault. After that is when everything started to really pick up,
but I was still bored. Due to the way the developers made the game, or
the hidden subliminal messages telling you to continue, encouraged me
to continue playing, I just couldn't put it down. I got to know the
town of Megaton a little and excepted the mission to go to the local
Super Duper Mart to retrieve food and supplies; this is when I really
got sucked in. I played that damn game until almost midnight last
night. I'm hooked.
I don't normally like RPG but this game is pretty damn good. If it can
hook someone like me then you know it's gotta be good because RPG in
video games usually bore me to tears.
Those of you out there who like RPG video games, I HIGHLY recommend
this game. Rent or buy it, either way you won't be disappointed.
