I am in the midst of a heated debate in regards to this...welcoming
any and all comments. Shout out to E-Boogie....See below.....

A mutant, Iceman has the ability of cryokinesis where he can freeze
anything around him and can also turn his body into ice.

Diana also can endure the vacuum of space which is VERY COLD! Not to
mention Diana could take his bitch ass down with the lasso. The Lasso
can do more than make people tell the truth. Wonder Woman has used
her lasso to create a ring of protective fire around people to protect
them from Circe's bestiamorphs. It can also put forth a massive
magically psychic attack on his soul that would even break down
Bobby's Xavier honed mental defenses.

Iceman possesses the power to radically decrease the temperature of
ambient water vapor in his immediate environment, thereby freezing it
into ice. In this manner he is able to quickly form a great variety of
ice structures, including projectiles, shields, ladders, baseball
bats, etc.

WW's got her bracelets to protect her. The Vambraces were formed from
Zeus' legendary Aegis shield. They are indestructible, and can absorb
the impact of incoming attacks. She has been able to shrug off high
powered rifle shots. Not to mention they can emit a high powered
energy blast that has made Superman's ears bleed. She surely could
deflect a little bit of ice, that is if she even lets him hit her.
And all that other fancy shit he can make into ice, Diana could break
those "weapons" with her TIARA!

He can also transform his body from a gaseous state back to a solid,
although it is physically and mentally taxing.

He's gonna be real tired, then.

Aside from his superhuman powers, Iceman is also a fair hand-to-hand
combatant, and received combat training at Xavier's School as well as
coaching from the Black Widow while serving with the Champions of Los
Angeles. Iceman has as much combat training as Cyclops or Beast.

A "fair" hand-to-hand combatant? WW's combat prowess far exceeds IM.
She has been given mastery over the Amazonian fighting style which has
been honed for 3000 years. This includes strategy and tactics. Not
to mention almost god-like strength. Even beating Super Girl. She
would easily surpass Colossus (one of the strongest mutants I am aware
of).

Iceman has also been able to move rapidly to another distant location
while in his organic ice form, being able to deposit his bodily mass
into a river and reconstitute his entire mass a great distance away in
a matter of minutes (by temporarily merging his molecules with those
of the river).

Diana can fly at sub light speeds, she's blessed with the speed of
Hermes. Okay so he can turn to water and/or vapor and survive. This
maybe makes him very hard to knock out, in theory. But, his powers
are very 'water' based. With Diana's massive mobility, she could
quickly move the fight to a dessert or even space (no water
there...and turning to water or vapor would quickly dissipate him).

In conclusion...

In WW, we have superior strength, speed, skill, toughness, and
intelligence. She would be capable of dodging/blocking or surviving
most any attach Iceman could throw. And, while his 'Organic Ice" is
tough it is no where even in the same galaxy as her abilities.
