I gotta go with Wonder-Woman. The argument that Ice-man would just freeze her to death doesn't work. Why would she get close enough to let him do it? I'm sure there's some sort of range. She can run almost as fast as the Flash right? So he turns into a river and runs away, how does that defeat her?
