I've got three books on the nightstand right now that I am working my way
through:
- Re-reading James McPherson's 'Battle Cry of Freedom: The Civil War Era' after
about 15 years.
-Picked up 'I Hear America Talking: An Illustrated History of American Words
and Phrases' at our local Goodwill Bookstore. A very good read so far.
-Rulebook to 'Here I Stand: The Wars of the Reformation 1517-1555', in
preparation for our upcoming trip to BGGCon.
Serv, welcome to the Turtledove Club! The Guns of the South still his single
best work, hands down.

I tried to reply to the old What Are You Reading? thread and I think I

ended up sending Van an email instead. Van you can go ahead and

delete that.

Anyway, I just finished the novelization of Dragonslayer by Wayland

Drew. Not sure if I have ever seen this movie or not but now I really

want to watch it.

Now I am starting the Eisenhorn Omnibus by Dan Abnett. So I am going

to be reading this one for a long while.
