I've got three books on the nightstand right now that I am working my way through: - Re-reading James McPherson's 'Battle Cry of Freedom: The Civil War Era' after about 15 years. -Picked up 'I Hear America Talking: An Illustrated History of American Words and Phrases' at our local Goodwill Bookstore. A very good read so far. -Rulebook to 'Here I Stand: The Wars of the Reformation 1517-1555', in preparation for our upcoming trip to BGGCon. Serv, welcome to the Turtledove Club! The Guns of the South still his single best work, hands down.

Van you can go ahead and delete that. Anyway, I just finished the novelization of Dragonslayer by Wayland Drew. Not sure if I have ever seen this movie or not but now I really want to watch it. Now I am starting the Eisenhorn Omnibus by Dan Abnett. So I am going to be reading this one for a long while. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "The Unique Geek" group.
