I read the comic adaptation of DRAGONSLAYER as a kid, before seeing the movie. Really enjoyed both. I have the DVD of the movie around here somewhere, but have never opened it. Funny to think that the young hero in it is the same actor who played the nerdy boss lawyer on Ally McBeall.
What I'm reading: Well, about a dozen books at any given time, but at the moment mainly including: LEGION, by Dan Abnett (plus there's a new Gaunt's Ghosts book coming any day now) VANILLA RIDE, by Joe R Lansdale TIASSA, by Steven Brust THE PEACE WAR, by Vernor Vinge (plus there's a new sequel to A FIRE UPON THE DEEP due any day now) and a book by a British publisher that they want a review for, that I haven't really gotten into yet... Eeek... --Van On Sep 27, 7:44 am, Luke Jaconetti <[email protected]> wrote: > I tried to reply to the old What Are You Reading? thread and I think I > ended up sending Van an email instead.
