I know I am shocked that a guy who works for Fox overseeing Marvel moies is pessimistic about Warner Bros.' DC movies. Shocked. Whether his assesment is valid or not is irrelevant because he has no interest in being objective. He personally benefits greatly if a Justice League movie is never released. If a JL movie does come out, that is that many more tickets which will not be bought for the films he is the guru over.
