< I started this on Saturday and I've already lost 9lbs... I'm sure most (if not all) of <that is water that your body releases when you forgo carbohydrates... but even <still.. my pants are significantly more baggy.
Hey girl, it might be only water weight but I bet it's giving you even more motivation to keep up the good job :) Go Angelfish!
by the way, I'm around that weight, too (152, but I'm only 5'4", I started at 156 aiming to lose 11 pounds by the end of November and then setting a new goal!)
