How effective is 2/4/6/8 ? Honestly, it only works for the first week or two
for most then they hit the same wall as those who just eat 800 calories a
day. The 2-4-6-8 diet isn't somthing to do if you have to lose more than 15
lbs IMHO.
it's definitely NOT for me, then. Not at the moment, anyway. DSince I have this Mia comeback, I decided that too hard restriction is not helping any so I'm going to eat around 800 a day, including some carbs. When I eat like this, i still lose and i'm less likely to binge so there's reallyno reason to not give it a try again.
