I'd have to say that of all the systems I've sent in over the years I'm running at about 80% being repaired without any difficulties, 10% having minor problems (long wait for parts, etc.), and 10% having major problems (wrong part installed, non-functioning part installed, laptop received DOA, etc.). My recent experiences (past two years or so) have all been basically positive. But I have to note that I can recall when sending a laptop back to EZServe for warranty repairs resulted in a completely refurbished unit being received back within 48 to 72 hours.
