Hello all, I've finally decided to take the plunge and get Easyserve repair for a presumably bad systemboard on my X60 Tablet (headset jack not functioning).
I already searched through my emails for comments on Easyserve, but didn't see anything relatively recent. I wanted to see if anyone had any gripes or praises? They've done okay in the past, but I had one bad experience back in 1996 that ultimately led to the General Manager of the IBM PC Division following up and getting things fixed, which still left me with concerns about their repair qualities.
