I'm assuming you mean "AT LEAST 0.50 on T61 and AT LEAST 0.55 on T500".
0.21 was the latest on the site where I found it, but I just installed the latest (0.62) and the reported temp has dropped from 58 after boot to 49 about 5 minutes later. That was in BIOS mode; if I set it to Smart mode, the fan shuts off. I'll run that way a bit and keep an eye on it. And will put 0.62 on my wife's machine when I get a chance.
