The 560X wil boot from a CF card in the card slot but I think you still need to have something plugged into the internal IDE cable. Vicky had a solid state thinkpad, I think she used an IDE-CF adaptor. Maybe I can find a link to her site? I've got http://www.lilserenity.dynalias.com:8080/ which times out and http://www.sunshinesista.me.uk/ which doesn't even try....
