I keep a 760 for some DOS programs from the early 1990s. Those programs read from and write to the UART registers, and so cannot run under NT-based operating systems including 2k, XP, Vista and 7. They require a Win9x or earlier OS and a native serial port, as USB adapters don't have a UART.
