Adrian,

Choose to "edit" a profile.  From the Wireless Settings tab, click the
Advanced Settings button (in area #5 - "Advance configuration")
this will open an "Advanced Wireless Settings" dialog box where you can
supposedly set the preferred AP MAC addresses.  I don't seem to be able to
specify any data in those fields, but that may be due to the fact that I
have only one AP on my home LAN.
