On certain models of Bluetooth-capable notebooks, Toshiba's Bluetooth port
configuration does not properly mark its COM ports as 'used'. If an AirCard
modem is installed on a COM port that is in use, a resource conflict occurs.

I have disabled the wireless and ethernet devices in BIOS
but the Sierra Aircard still is not accepted with
  message in System/Hardware/Drivers/NetworkAdapters
"This device cannot find enough free resources that it
  can use (Code 12)."

Sierra suggests updating BIOS but as far as I know I
am using the latest (1YET65WW) for this machine type (2668-72U)

  Please suggest next step.
