Re: Strange T40 video issue

Tx for the clues, especially regarding video ram being the likely culprit.  
Reinstalling the video driver only corrected corruption in the settings and did 
not fix the issue.  I'll run a longer PC doc test, but I'm reasonably certain 
it's time to shop for a replacement machine.  Spare system boards _may_ be 
available, but they will be old parts also famous for a different graphics chip 
issue.

There's a diagnostics test in PC Doctor for DOS bootable CD that would likely 
pick up on it.

Does Memtest detect video ram errors? I've run it for a few hours, no errors 
(ran from a CD).
