Press the keyboard combination needed to turn off the S-video output. Then,
right click on the desktop, go to properties, and details. Click the gray
monitor and check " extend the windows desktop onto this monitor". Click
apply. Now, you should be able move the VLC window to the side off the
computer onto the tv. Now watch the video full screen.
