I went from a T23 to an X120e. The graphics are plenty for Win7, and the
computer handles 6GB RAM just fine. It's not a speed demon, but it's fast
enough for software development and light gaming, and has better resolution
than the T23 in a smaller display and better battery life. I do miss the
ThinkLight, though the display gets dim enough to use low-no light.
