I just initiated a service call on an adapter

Correction: I *thought* I initiated a service call; I have a case number and everything. However, when I go to the easyserv online status page it doesn't show up at all. The person I was dealing with had some serious difficulty both with the language and with numbers (he kept repeating numbers I gave him - model number, my address, etc - back in a random digit order), so I have no confidence that he has initiated a case correctly.

Unfortunately, the customer service line is closed for the weekend (when did they stop being 24/7?) so I can't speak to anyone to confirm whether I'm in the system.
