Have 2 Hotmail accounts - both stopped working yesterday

Changing to WebDAV fixed one, the other is still buggered up. Did web
based login, confirmed "Today" page was disabled, etc, etc.

Error Console Output:

HotmailWebDav.js: loginHandler : Exception : Error.
Error message: return status 402
