The WebDav option only works for accounts that have been granted
WebDav access by Microsoft. WebDav enabled accounts are either one
you pay for a very old Hotmail account that was granted free WebDav
access years ago. No recent free Hotmail accounts can use WebDav.

The acid test for WebDav - does it work as an "http" account in
Outlook Express - if it does it is WebDav enabled otherwise it is not.
