I hope you didn't send them your username and password, cause pop3life.com looks like a phishing address to me.
I use the MS Live website. *_Hotmail POP settings:_* *Server: *pop3.live.com* UserName: *<your full hotmail address goes here>* Security Settings: *SSL (when you pick that, the Port setting up above should change to 995)* * _*Hotmail SMTP settings: *_*(under Outgoing Server account)* * Server name: *smtp.live.com* Port: *25* Check the box to: *Use name and Password* UserName: *<your full hotmail address goes here>* Use secure connection: *TLS, if available* *------------------------------ That should set you up and have you working!!
