Hi Chris, SUCCESS!

It appears that TB will not allow two addresses at Yahoo. I removed the
billy589kl...@yahoo address after making the changes you suggested.

Now I want to change hoyleboy39 to billy589... but first I want to back
up the settings.

1. Please tell me where the settings for Thunderbird are located so that
I can make a copy of them from which I can restore them if I make a
mistake in altering them.

2. Please tell me how to make fixed width medium size the default
permanent font setting for composing messages.

Thanks, Bill
