Hi Chris, I now have four addresses on Thunderbird, including two with Yahoo.
I can send from hoyleboy39 fine but when I send a message out from [email protected], I encounter an endless loop with this message: "Enter your password for william.klein on localhost:" After I cancel out of this loop I receive the following message: "Sending of message failed. The message could not be sent because connecting to SMTP server Localhost failed. The server may be unavailable or is refusing SMTP connections. Please verify that your SMTP server setting is correct and try again, or else contact your network supervisor." Here are the entries for Outgoing Server (SMTP) University of Toronto - smtp.utoronto.ca Webmail - Localhost Webmail - localhost william.klein - smtp1.sympatico.ca (Default) [email protected] - smtp.gmail.com plus.pop.mail.yahoo.com - localhost Could you please tell me how to fix this? Thanks, Bill Chris Clifton wrote: > You need to set up message filters in Thunderbird.
