Hi Chris, I have now connected Thunderbird to my two Yahoo accounts. My inbox should be almost empty but in Thunderbird all folders in my main Yahoo account have been downloaded into my inbox, which now contains almost 400 items. In Webmail - Yahoo>Options>POP I checked Mark emails as read on server and Download junkmail and specified the folders to download. Instead of maintaining the separate folders, their contents are displayed in the inbox.
When I view the account in Yahoo the folders and their contents remain correctly separate. Please tell me how to keep the folders separate on Thunderbird.
