I'm also experiencing the issue where messages are not being marked as read on hotmail so webmail extension downloads them. Also does not delete them from hotmail. I do not have any terms and conditions messages when accessing hotmail through a browser. Was using 1.2.28 with the problem, tested tonight with 1.2.29b4 and have the same problems. Jon
