OK, I had a look - I can see that as a layout this has great
advantages and may be just the kind of thing to use, certainly for
when a practitioner is using the [[How do we...?]] portal into the
manual. However, I am concerned about how we manage the *inputting*
of new data (new "problems" that teams define in their team meetings/
discussions).

We want teams to be able to log new problems as much as possible in
"real time" - during their meetings - using an LCD projector so that
the manual is not just a teaching/professional development aid, but
also a version of the team meeting minutes (in this way teams come to
identify in a much more engaged and visceral way with "their" version
of the manual, so that it becomes a more active focus of their
collaborative thinking and team identity) ...THUS... we need a way for
them to **quickly and simply** define the broad problem area (is it a
"manage CLIENT RELATIONSHIP" problem, or one relating to "Manage TEAM
WORKING" or a "Manage CLINICAL PROBLEM", etc, etc?) - and then locate
this *specific* problem under one of a variety of sub-headings within
that broader topic heading (or construct a new one)... this selecting
process then generates a ready-tagged 'new tiddler' that will
automatically slot in to the nicely tabbed layout in the [[How do
we...?]] section that you have pointed me towards already. any
thoughts/help welcome!
