How would that actually work? would you have to have the patient tiddler files tagged a certain way to keep them separate (I assume in separate folders), but the main system tiddlers would remain the same and kept in the parent folder? This would be ideal. Also, would it be possible to run filters/reports etc on the entire patient database?
