When I get close to completion I'll ask Jed about this as I'm pretty sure Bob can access different wikis in different subfolders.
Re all in one wiki, I currently have my patient data in the form of a few thousand individual ods (spreadsheet) files totalling 1.3 Gigs so far, so I think one big wiki might be a little unwieldy ;) If there's no "include" function available by the time I need it, I'll just have to live with individual updating I guess.
