bug, not a feature. If there would be a way to turn that off or make it an 
optional thing for advanced users, that would be preferable.*

*Yes, for emphasis, and to break up a long row of grey icons. One gray 
section for tiddler tweaks (divert and fold), one blue section for new 
tiddlers, and one gray section for default controls.*
