IMO the problem with "completed" was that it was not obvious that clicking 
it would make it visible to *everyone*. Just like you can click star and 
it's only for me. Or if I archive an email thread, then I conveniently 
don't have to see it anymore. The consequences from clicking "completed" 
were not obvious.
