1. Some kind of search and replace would probably be the fastest way to 
update links from linking to "bib.html" to linking to "bibliography.html".

for several tools. Obviously, thinking through your file naming conventions 
carefully beforehand will save you headaches later.

2. Showing a list of tiddlers in another file that link to a tiddler in the 
present file, as far as I know, is impossible.
