Right! It is a major achievement! It is pretty astonishing! The end-use issues partly arise from* "HOW do you know?" *what directives in that vast stylesheet(s) system are active where and when? The developer tools will *retro*-supply answers, but the sheer complexity of the cascade can, sometimes, make it hard to fathom out EXACTLY what to do to change the UI in a consistent fashion.
