Since you've tried a number of links and get the same result, I suspect the problem is more likely to be at your end. You don't say what tool you are using to download with. You don't report any error codes or messages. I'm a Linux user, not an OS user, and I often resort to the command line. My distribution has _four_ web browsers and occasionally one works on a page when other's don't. I also have a number of GUI FTP tools. But for serious downloading I use the command like and tools like WGet and cURL. http://www.gnu.org/software/wget/manual/wget.html http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wget http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CURL http://curl.haxx.se/ http://curl.haxx.se/docs/manpage.html I believe there are GUI front ends for them but the command line is where the real power and flexibility - and visibility of results and errors - lies. Such are essential to diagnosing problems. > Can you advise on the issue? I, as you report, all the links you have tried hang, this won't be of use. -- I'm always interested when [cold callers] try to flog conservatories. Anyone who can actually attach a conservatory to a fourth floor flat stands a marginally better than average chance of winning my custom.
