If you read the man page for FTP you will see that it supports HTTP as
well :-)
As for the URL .... of mouse-over the "download" button you should see
the address on the status bar. It does that with FF and Konqueror.
I don't have Opera on this machine and I don't have IE at all :-)
Alternatively you could look at the raw HTML of the page in question to
find the download link.
I'm assuming that I don't have to give you detailed instructions, that
you can search the Web, interpret man pages, know where your logs are
and how to interpret them, know if you have enough disk space, aren't
running an AV/blockers/filters ... that you don't have plugins that
interfere in some way or other ...
