Well, I downloaded it as a zip on my iPhone.
Go figure. Cheers for your attention. I think it is still worth debugging this though. If you can offer further help, I am all ears. I realize the issue is somewhat obscure and nondescript. But it has followed me around so, that is pretty eerie.
