Eric told you the CORRECT thing. You should get a menu if FF of which
"save link as .." is just one. Safari ... not on this laptop, but you
said you had FF.
You are saving the address of the link :-(
Eric did say "save link as ..."
Perhaps you are confusing this with the menu-bar options

So far as well can tell ...
It might help if you focused on one thing and told us EXACTLY rather
than bouncing around and letting us make assumptions as to what you are
doing with what.
Its very hard to do help-desk stuff over the phone, its even harder to
do it by email.
