Where tiddlyspot let users create accounts and tw's...with GieWiki you are the owner of the system itself (like owning tiddlyspot)...so it's easy to create more then one tw... Each tw you create inside GieWiki can have different flavors (like mptw)...and different access policy's for users/viewers...(also private) Members can be added per tw...as group or account...with different edit capability's...
