Hello Again Folks and thanks again !!! I tried everything suggested previously - but could not check my TW's settings when I was at the office because no matter what I've done the backstage remains stubbornly hidden. (Therefore I could also not check the saving & backup settings when it fails to save from there either....)
It is still working 100% perfectly from home though. When I tried using it from the office, it loaded in read-only mode - I added the ToggleReadOnly plug-in and could then edit it, but NOT save it (as per above) VERY frustrating !!! That was via the DSL; I also tried it via the local cable ISP, and it did the same stuff. Upon my return here I re-checked the setting for readOnly over http in backstage and it IS un-checked as I'd set it before. This makes me wonder if something totally different is going wrong when I am not at home & using a different connection, Or: Could there also be some way to make the backstage (or it's functions) visible as an ordinary tiddler so I can check the settings when it is hiding so stubbornly ?!? I truly hope there are ways to make this work fully when I am out & about because it is so very perfect for my notes to help my lousy memory - and it is soooo awfully tantalizing to have it be just ALMOST working !!!!!!
