You could create a tiddler called *[[Admin]]* and put said button (and other useful tools) into it. When in need of it, you open the tiddler and toggle readOnly mode. For example, to do this kind of administration, you could open your wiki using... http://your.tiddlywiki.path/#Admin <http://my.TiddlyWiki.path/#Admin> You could also put it anywhere in the sidebar where you see fit, e.g. some 'tools' tab.
