Hi Mans, I did enjoy your summary :) On Tuesday, May 14, 2013 5:57:33 PM UTC+2, Måns wrote: > > Mario Pietz: talked about Graphic Maps and showed us a very impressive yet > simple library for creating connections of nodes......(Don't remember the > name?) >
Pietz=Pietsch :) The library is arbor.js https://github.com/samizdatco/arbor It seems to be a quite small library, that focuses on "force-directed layout algorithm" which I want to use to create a MindMap like visualisation, for brainstorming (only). But the demo I like best is halfviz: http://arborjs.org/halfviz/#/the-cave-of-time The whole stuff is great fun. If you type into the text area, it is parsed immediately. Having a closer look to the source code, it turns out this parser is quite rudimentary. So I'd deffinitely want a parser that js-sequence-diagrams use see: http://bramp.github.io/js-sequence-diagrams/ for more. (btw. Jeremy would like to have this one as a TW5 plugin ;) > Jeremy: demonstrated Project Cecily (ZUI zooming interface) > During development several UI's poped up. I hope they come back as plugins. The armchair is about 20 years old but still in perfect shape. While quite expensive, I think it was one of my best investments :) On the other hand, "free talking" together with video *is* fun and the > fact that you can share a view of your desktop is perfect for quick demoing. > Agreed. I have to say, it was great fun, to actually see the faces, while talking, even if it was a bit jumpy from time to time. have fun! mario -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "TiddlyWiki" group.
