Funny - I just went over to this forum to post in this thread only to find it at top again. And, double funny, I come with an idea about the exact opposite of pixelated ascii art.
Copied from my TidBits space<http://tidbits.tiddlyspace.com/#[[TW%20logo.%20Part%202]]> : Apropo the tiddler fish logo concept, Jeremy briefly mentioned that he (for example) would like a shoal of fish. This has been in the back of my head, bothering me... I mean, it's tricky enough to get //any// object into a logo a few pixels big and expect a viewer to be able to make out what it is. A mosquito swarm perhaps, but the man wants a frickin shoal of tiddler fish!? ...but, I just thought of something... Rarely(?) will an eventual TW logo be seen outside of a computer screen and even outside of a browser. So... why not make it a gif animation!? No problem with a shoal. I envision a shoal of tiddler fish briefly passing by (close camera and at distance) until finally one tiddler slows down at close up and freezes whereupon letters ~TiddlyWiki appear under it. He'd even get his preferred color, hyperlink blue. There, the Pacific ocean, that enough for ya'? ;-) Now, I've discovered that this "internet cloud" everyone talks about often clouds the very brilliance of my ideas, so I'd better ask before I start fooling around with anything... <:-) -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "TiddlyWiki" group.
