I think lots of these points made are true:
- it was difficult to read and work with a TW on a mobile phone - tho now it is much easier as the screen size is often larger than a year or so ago. - Importing images is a pain when other progs like EVernote capture everything - Browser changes meant that favourite tools like Tiddlysnip no longer work when what people often want to do is clip a section - Evernote does that I would add the one thing I have often wanted - Google indexing. You can't find TWs very easily because they don't get indexed when you upload them to your web space if you have some, so public exposure is less than for other programs. It is still an issue for me. A pain. It is an html file but can't be indexed! But I still make notes using it. It is still a wiki - the fastest, most organised way of making notes and storing information. You can reindex and move snippets around so easily. You can keep everything in one neat file - still an amazing thing to do. I use Evernote now for big clips that capture images and of course the right click save to Evernote works whereas there is nothing like that anymore for TW for some reason. BUt then I find myself going through my Evernotes and moving stuff into my Wiki (TW) cos it is better. Actually I still use Tiddlysnip with Firefox 16 but in a sandbox as it is so useful.
