Hi

I think I had changed my tiddlywiki.info shortly before in my attempts to
address the problem. Restoring the tiddlywiki.info from /server restored
save functionality (which I had lost entirely) - but the save function
remains faulty.

It appears that this is time related rather than activity related. I
thought at first, that my problems were associated with leaving the servers
open overnight (save did not function in the morning even though it had
been working the evening before.) On further experimentation, it appears
that the save function ceases to function after a while even when I am
active on the browser.

I have opened several servers at one time - done some work on some of them,
only to find when returning to an idle server, that the save does not
function (even in cases when no activity has occurred on this server since
it was started.) Saving appears to cease functioning for no apparent reason
after some time - even on servers that I am actively editing.

The open copy of the TW appears to be aware of the breakdown - when closing
or refreshing the page, a warning is issued to the effect that there are
unsaved changes. However, the only way to restore saving is to restart the
server and refresh the page (thus losing any edits since the server ceased
to function.)

Hope this helps identify the problem.

regards
