Hi Jeremy

This behaviour is not a problem for an old hand, but will confuse new users
(even I was a little surprised -- I am used to the behaviour of the node.js
version and expected TiddlyFox's behaviour to be the same.)

This will have to be made quite clear to new users -- perhaps a popup modal
'Save Settings' window when leaving the Control panel might be appropriate
(standalone version only.)

regards
