So I think a quick and dirty solution would be to host my TW file in

For a fast working solution, this may be the way to go. .. Do you own your 
own domain. .. If yes, it would be possible to let github serve your public 
version. tiddlywiki.com is hosted by github with its own domain name.

There is a new github issue, that would make different themes possible, 
depending on the URL. ... So it will need some time, but should be doable.
