My objectives :

   - install Readonly Theme and Remove all visibility of *sidebar *icons,
tabs, etc - everything ( checking out / testing - not confident yet )
   - remove tiddler date stamping ( *unsure of how to * )
   - remove tiddler function icons ( OK with this )
   - add Table of Contents Tiddler ( OK )
   - add extra navigation buttons ( OK )
   - add "close Tiddler" button ( OK )
   - add "Back to Top" button - due to LONG pages ( thinking I just name
it as such and have a "same tiddler" link for reloading -> *back to top*
   ! ( OK )
   - wish list would be a bookmark tab akin to ePub function - not needed,
   maybe later.
