Nearing completion and the Tiddlywiki eBook is looking great - 
I am adding the 'X' close tiddler active chevron link at the base of long 
tiddler "pages" and links to appropriate "next page" etc
but have a real need to create a similar chevron link that takes reader to 
"top of tiddler"

Does this exist?
is there a tiddler link that can be created for this ?
